  • "Anyone can do a perfect job and get a perfect review, but what about when there’s a major catastrophe. We had a flood the same afternoon after they finished, sealing up the inside of the pool without water, and my pool popped out of the ground and pretty much was unrepairable. James came out and said I’ll dig it all out and start over if I need to and that’s exactly what he did. I don’t think anybody else would handle it this way and would’ve walked away, but he did the right thing and I’m sure lost quite a bit of money but he made it right. You can’t go wrong having this guy build your pool or upgrading it to look like new."
